PLEASE NOTE - all prices are in Canadian dollars & the difference in currency is reflected on your credit card or PayPal account. Orders ship 1-3 business days from the time of order unless otherwise indicated in the banner at the top of this page.
Packages are shipped via Canada Post air mail. Orders outside of Canada do not automatically receive tracking, it is an additional cost from Canada Post which is offered to you at the check out. If you do not opt for tracking, there is no way to tell you the location of your order once it leaves our hands and a claim cannot be filed if it is in fact lost. By not selecting tracking, the buyer assumes all responsibility and releases Cookie Couture of any liability once it is shipped.
