Cute Winter Class with Jolene - Dec 9, 3pm-5:30pm

Join Jolene of JoJo's Cookie Co for some winter themed cookie decorating! This class is open to all levels of decorators including beginners!
Techniques & concepts covered in this class:
- Outlining, flooding and detail work with royal icing, highlighting the different uses for each type of consistency.
- How to create dimension withing your designs.
- Wet on wet designs.
- Palette knife technique.
All cookies and icing are prepared in advance. Equipment and supplies are included for use during the class along with instruction, live demonstrations and guidance throughout.
You will leave with 5 sugar cookies in a bakery box and links to access copies of Jolene's sugar cookie and royal icing recipes. You will also gain access to her private YouTube channel with video tutorials on royal icing and consistencies.
Students also receive 20% off in the Cookie Couture supply shop the day of class.
Classes are held at #60, 1331 44 Ave NE Calgary and are scheduled for 2 hours, although they can go over or under depending on the pace of the group. Please arrive up to 10 minutes early to get settled in.
Please note that seats are only available for paid participants and that classes are non refundable, nor transferrable to another date once purchased. You may transfer your spot to another person for the same date and time, but must let us know of the new participants information prior to the class.
