Round Flawless Finish - Buttercream & Ganache Plates
Create a flawless finish on your cakes in minutes with Carve & Frost Plates. Use these food approved Flawless Finish Buttercream & Ganache Plates to achieve a flat top and sharp edges to your cakes.
- Bake a cake slightly larger than these plates, use a carving knife to cut excess cake using the plate as a guide.
- Once carved, carve 0.3" further to allow space for frosting (guidelines on inside of one plate).
- Place plates on bottom and top of cake, frost using both plates as a guide.
You can also use with buttercream, ganache and other frostings.
Wash in warm soapy water before and after use, not dishwasher or hot water safe, as it will potentially warp the product.
