An ideal substitute in any recipe calling for egg white meringue and
can also be used to make buttercream, meringue cookies, shells, and other desserts. Stabilizes and improves the body of both icing and meringue while eliminating the risk of foodborne illness from egg whites.
A 4 oz jar makes about 5 batches of royal icing.
Ingredients: Modified 1000 starch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic sodium aluminum sulfate, citric acid, cream onanar, vanilin.
