These dust colours can be dry dusted, or painted and airbrushed by diluting small amounts with an extract, liquor or The Sugar Art's Color Solution for a matte finish. You can colour your icings and batters with these, but they do not have the intensity of the master elites. These work great for colouring fondant and chocolate - pick the deeper tones for it!
